hmmmmm. i don't think that pap is perfect of course. and of course there's bound to be people left behind and we should not ignore that. but i think that my previous post was more about what i feel. with people bashing pap online. i actually prefer reading a fair comparison between the pap and the opposition. doesn't it appear to be that they're rooting for the opposition because they want to see pap bite it instead of the reason that opposition can do better than pap? so when i say pap should continue leading, i don't mean all 87 seats being filled by them. i want to be convinced wholeheartedly by the opposition before making a decision. personally i also think high pay helps to keep singaporeans from going the private sector. though i have to say it's really alot of money.
on a sidenote, a tag from a human being. don't know when was the last time someone actually tagged. also, to first time readers of my blog, i don't know you, you don't know me. so for your information, i don't even have the ability to vote yet. i might not be seeing the full picture of this (personally i don't listen to every rally) i am just providing another perspective. we shouldn't forget what pap has done eventhough we desire change. i suppose in the end people are voting for their own interest. |
